Squid is a great source of protein and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is a source of minerals (selenium, phosphorus, and iodine) and vitamins (vitamin B12, vitamin E, and niacin).
Frozen squid maintains all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of fresh squid and has a long shelf life.
